  1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services, reservations and agreements of Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service. By using our website and/or services, the customer agrees to these terms.

  1. Services

Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service offers taxi transport to and from airports, hotels, and other destinations within the Netherlands. All journeys are carried out subject to availability.

  1. Bookings 
  • Reservations can be made online or by phone.
  • A booking is only final after confirmation by Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service.
  • Customers are responsible for correctly entering details such as pick-up location, time, and contact information.

  1. Prices and payment
  • All prices are fixed in advance or indicative and may depend on distance, time, and circumstances.
  • Extra charges may be incurred for:
    • Waiting time
    • Additional stops
    • Changes to the ride
  • Payment must be made as indicated at the time of booking (online or cash/card with the driver).
 
  1. Cancellation and No-Show
  • Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled journey.
  • A cancellation within 24 hours will incur 100% of the ride cost.
  • In case of a no-show (failure to appear at the agreed time and location), 100% of the ride cost will be charged.
  • A no-show is also understood to mean:
    • Unavailable at the provided telephone number
    • Not present at the agreed pick-up location
 
  1. Waiting times and hotel pick-ups
  • For hotel pick-ups and standard transfers 15-minute waiting time included.
  • If the customer is not present and/or unreachable after 15 minutes, this will be considered as no-show and becomes 100% of the fare charged.
  • Additional waiting time may be charged if the driver has to wait longer.
 
  1. Airport pick-up service
  • At airport pick-ups 60-minute waiting time included, calculated from the actual landing time of the flight.
  • If possible, we take into account additional waiting time in case of delays or conditions at the airport.
  • If the customer if not present and/or not reachable after 60 minutes, this is considered a no-show.
  • In case of no-show, 100% of the total fare charged.
 
  1. Liability
  • Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service is not liable for:
    • Delays, damage, or failure to undertake travel as a result of traffic situations, traffic jams, roadworks, weather conditions or other external factors
    • Missed flights, appointments or follow-up transport
    • Damage or loss of luggage or personal property
  • Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service is not liable for negligence, actions, mistakes or shortcomings of the respective driver who accepted and performs the ride.
  • All services are carried out by independent drivers or third parties, with Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service acting solely as an intermediary.
  • Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service's liability in all cases is limited to a maximum of the amount of the booked ride.
 
  1. Behaviour of Passengers
  • Passengers should behave properly and respectfully.
  • Additional charges may apply in case of damage, soiling or inappropriate behaviour.
  • The driver has the right to refuse or terminate the ride in case of inappropriate behaviour.
 
  1. Force majeure

Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, traffic jams, strikes or technical failures.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service website, including but not limited to text, logos, images, design and structure, is the property of Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service.
  • It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use content from the website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
 
  1. Privacy

Personal data will only be used for carrying out the service and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the ride.

  1. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

  1. Changes

Amsterdam Airport Taxi Service reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version is always available on the website.
